MY FATHERS WIFE
Parading herself like a peacock
Feeling like a fresh flower
Making me feel inappropriate
Shines like the star at the rise of dawn
With the way she swings her hips
In accordance with her melodious voice
My father wife
He seems to be lost in her beauty
Drowning himself in every matters of hers
Should I be jealous?
Should I make myself like her?
To gain my father’s attention
I parade myself a hundred times
And still seem so invisible
She never shows up but
My father is always in her bosom
Therefore I come to a conclusion
To be better, and not force myself
Until he sees my usefulness
I will bid my time in patience
Till fate makes me another man’s wife
